Following the success of Oceanic Tower, the first tower in the sought-after Marine Quarter precinct in Southport, developer BuildCap has launched apartments in tower two.

To be known as MQII, the Scenic Tower, the building is part of the twin-tower design by WallaceBrice Architecture, set in the Southport Priority Development Area.

The towers sit on the edge of water and parklands at 165 Marine Parade, redefining the Southport stretch of the Broadwater.

As the only approved residential development on the Broadwater Parklands, Marine Quarter is perfectly positioned to deliver the ultimate Southport lifestyle.

It's a waterfront walk to Australia Fair, and the light rail which runs all the way up to Surfers Paradise.

Each apartment in the Scenic Tower has been designed to take in the surrounding views with floor-to-ceiling glass windows, which allow maximum natural light in to the apartments.

The living spaces open onto deep recessed balconies creating an indoor-outdoor living environment. The modern open-plan layout encourage interaction, while versatile multi-functional spaces adapt to different needs.

Two and three-bedroom apartments start from $575,000, and two extensive sky homes are available on level 30.

Three-bedroom offerings start at level five and are priced from $895,000. They span 134 sqm and each featuring stunning north east aspect and sought after inclusions like twin vanities in the master bedroom's adjoining ensuite.

Apartments and sky homes are fitted out with a sophisticated interior, featuring stone bench-tops, timber flooring, and high-end finishes throughout.

The kitchens have premium black fittings, European cooking appliances and a dishwasher as standard.

There are a number of resort-style facilities in Scenic Tower.

The rooftop level is home to a pool that encompasses the expansive coastal views, as well as a resident’s lounge and alfresco dining space.

At the ground level, there’s ample garden spaces, a studio gym, as well as a range of convenient eateries.

Each apartment and sky home features secure car parking and a range of storage options.
