Sammut release final apartments at COAST Surfers Paradise
Sydney-based luxury developer Sammut Group has launched to market the final release of residences at its $200 million COAST apartment development in Surfers Paradise.
The seven remaining apartments represent the final chance to buy in COAST which was one of the quickest-selling projects on the Surfers Paradise beachfront when it launched in 2021, with the COVID-19 pandemic, and Sammut's reputation in New South Wales, driving a significant number of sales to Sydneysiders.
Among the remaining residences include the south and north-facing half floors starting at $6.2 million, offering 287 sqm of single-level floor space with an additional 72 sqm of external area.
A sprawling 578 sqm, full-floor unit is priced at $13.35 million. That will have a further 143 sqm of outdoor entertaining space.
Upon completion, the six-star luxury development designed by PBD architects will home a total of 52 residences and significant amenities spread over 37 levels.
There will be 38 half-floor apartments, two double-storey sky homes, 11 full-floor sub penthouses and a single 1,130 sqm, two-level penthouse with a private rooftop pool.
The multi-award-winning developer has also incorporated a wealth of resident amenities in the COAST design, including a 32-metre pool that wraps around the exterior of the building along the entire eastern and northern frontages.
This will be accompanied by a cabana and lounges, a barbecue entertaining area, wellness facilities including a yoga studio, massage rooms and sauna, function facilities, a residential beach bar with breakout areas and a commercial-sized gym.
COAST also includes its concierge, with premium services included for all residents, from home cleaning to restaurant bookings and even airport transport and food and beverage delivery.
The project has attracted local downsizers wanting a lifestyle up-size along with next home buyers equally from Sydney and Brisbane, while about 10 per cent of buyers have come from New Zealand.
Multiplex is forecasting a late 2025 completion date.
