S&S release final three-bedroom apartments in Esprit Rainbow Bay
S&S Projects has announced the release of the final four three-bedroom apartments at Esprit, their latest instalment of new apartments in Rainbow Bay.
The apartments, which range in size from 151 sqm to 215 sqm, start from $1.95 million.
The three-bedroom apartments feature open plan living spaces which extend to covered balconies overlooking either the ocean or the Tweed River.
The central hub of the apartments is the kitchens, fitted with integrated European appliances and complete with premium finishes.
Residents of Esprit will also have exclusive access to the Gold Coast's first rooftop wellness club, Club Esprit.
The centrepiece of Club Esprit is its 25-metre magnesium lap pool, surrounded by wet daybeds and poolside cabanas, providing residents with a place to lounge, soak up the sun, and enjoy coastline views.
Club Esprit will deliver a resident-only rooftop wellness hub spanning over 1,100 sqm, fully equipped with a Technogym, yoga lawn, remedial treatment room, ice bath, infrared sauna, steam rooms, thermal room, and treatment room.
The exercise amenities are balanced by a sprawling residents’ recreational space, including a children’s play lawn with modern play equipment, a private dining room, private terraces, barbecue areas, and an outdoor cinema.
Hutchinson Builders, one of Queensland’s largest construction companies, is currently building the $150 million Esprit project.
A total of 94 apartments will be delivered across the dual frontage site at 217-227 Boundary Street, with a mix of two and three-bedroom apartments spanning the lengths of the 12 and seven-storey buildings.
Esprit's façade, designed by Cottee Parker Architects, pays homage to the tidal pools of Snapper Rocks, adding visual intrigue to the building and nodding to the natural beauty surrounding Rainbow Bay.
Esprit is only steps from the iconic Rainbow Bay beach, with easy access to the Motorway and a short five-minute drive to the Gold Coast International Airport.
Residents are expected to move in by 2024.
