A five-bedroom, four-bathroom plantation-style house in Noosa Heads has been listed with price hopes of $3.95 million.

The vendor is Tom Forde, owner of LJ Hooker Commercial Noosa and now an LJ Hooker residential branch in Noosa.

The 21,000-square-metre sprawling property includes two separate one-bedroom cabanas, a lagoon-style swimming pool with pool bar, tennis court and gym all against a rainforest backdrop.

Forde, now an empty-nester, plans to downsize to a location closer to the beach.

Graeme Halsey from LJ Hooker Noosa is marketing the property.
