Brisbane's riverfront is arguably the most sought-after spot for anyone to live.

The likes of Kangaroo Point, New Farm and Hawthorne always have their suburb records set on the river. It's been a regular occurrence over the last decade that one of those suburbs has taken out the most expensive house sale in Brisbane.

Seldom does the opportunity arise for a true riverfront apartment development, given the cost of the land and the difficulty of prying a large enough site out of the hands of an owner who will know opportunities to buy back onto the riverfront will be few and far between.

The property developing Zullo family, who run luxury apartment developer Bellevue Queensland, bought their slice of riverfront on Byron Street in Bulimba, buying an old walk-up on 1,454 sqm in early 2022.

Two years after securing the site, they've launched Apollo Bulimba, a collection of just 12 apartments starting from $2.125 million, a price unrivalled for the riverfront position.

Apollo Bulimba has been designed by Esat Design who have focused on creating a subtropical lifestyle with a Mediterranean-inspired building and interiors, featuring white textured finishes and rich bronze and copper accents.

The interior palette features warm neutral tones with timber flooring, hand-picked Signorino stone benchtops, brushed metal tapware, and VZUG appliances integrated into the kitchens.

Offering 16 metres of Brisbane River frontage, the apartments will offer sweeping river and city skyline views. The sprawling penthouse will take in the best views, barring the rooftop which will be home to a communal swimming pool, pool deck, and a barbecue lounge for residents.

Luxury home builder and apartment developer GRAYA recently completed their Bulimba apartment development Canvas, which sold out before completion.

Bellevue Queensland have more luxury apartment developments coming up in CoorparooLutwyche and West End.
