As they fast approach completion of their Main Beach apartment development Pearl Main Beach, veteran developer Raptis has been quietly working away on their new Broadbeach address, The Sterling Broadbeach.

They reduced the density of the George Avenue project, which was initially approved for a 43-level tower with 138 apartments designed by Koichi Takada.

Archidiom tweaked the designs and took off 17 levels, making a 30-level tower with 80 apartments with bigger floorplans than initially proposed.

"The approved design, which was first conceived over two years ago, has been subject to detailed investigations in terms of marketability and constructability," the minor change submission to the Gold Coast City Council noted earlier this year.

"These investigations have determined that the approved product mix is no longer suitable for the current property market both in terms of the type and amount of product proposed."

The residences boast generous ensuites with a freestanding bathtub and rain shower head as focal points. His and her vanities feature a round basin and a ceiling-reaching mirror.

Residents gain automatic and exclusive membership to Club Sterling, an amenity-filled second-floor space dedicated to comfort, well-being, and productivity.
