Brisbane's West End has been experiencing a renaissance of sorts, with a number of developers taking to the sought after riverside enclave in recent times. 

Sekisui House Australia are currently in the midst of developing their West Village project which will deliver a number of new apartment buildings to the area, along with a host of retail, dining and recreational amenities. 

Joining the ranks in continuing the development of the suburb, development and building group Pradella Developments has unveiled the final phase in their $1.3 billion Montague Markets precinct, releasing Cascade Residences to the market.
