PappaRich continues expansion with Elizabeth Street, Brisbane leasing

International restaurant chain PappaRich is continuing its national expansion, this time in Brisbane, where it has just signed a lease on Elizabeth Street.

The Malaysian cuisine restaurant chain opened its first Australian outlet in the Melbourne CBD in 2012 and has since expanded its operations throughout Victoria, NSW and the ACT.

Its first Brisbane restaurant will be, at 153 Elizabeth Street, before the end of the year.

PappaRich will occupy 275 square metres of space on the ground level of the three-level building on Elizabeth Street. The lease, negotiated by Sam Degn of Colliers International, is for seven years.
