A third floor One Macquarie, Teneriffe apartment has been snapped up within a week of its listing at the list price of $3,850,000.

The Brisbane Riverfront apartment was sold by Judy Goodger and Matthew Foote of Place New Farm.

It was a three bedroom apartment with a large riverfront balcony designed by Arkhefield.

Some 22 groups of buyers inspected its first open house.

One Macquarie’s resort-style amenities include both a lap and relaxation pool surrounded by private grounds.

When developed by Seymour Group, One Macquarie Street was marketed as being the last remaining waterfront land in Teneriffe.

The apartment last sold at $2.7 million in 2013.

It first sold at $2,975,000 in 2008.
