Noosaville freehold commercial property sells to NSW private investor

A NSW investor has paid $1.125 million for a freehold commercial property at Noosaville on the Sunshine Coast.

The property offers two separate buildings, at 33 and 33a Rene Street, and is leased to established tenant - Bissell’s Paint & Panel - which has traded out of the site for more than 20 years. The current lease doesn't expire until July, 2016.

The sale reflected a yield of about 9.9%.

John Petralia and Paul Forrest of Ray White Commercial Noosa negotiated the sale.

Mr Petralia said the property offers two separate buildings totalling about 934 square metres, on two titles with an area of 2110 square metres.

“On one of the sites is a large open plan steel warehouse used for the main panel beating work and the other site houses modern rendered block offices with an area behind used for spray painting, storage and other associated work,” he said.
