Lyndon Simmons, the owner of the popular Noosa beachfront restaurant Sails, has listed his newly finished Sunshine Beach home.

Simmons's development company recently completed the Park Crescent duplex, selling the other property off the plan in 2018 for $3.45 million, with settlement only occurring in May.

He transferred the other part of the duplex to his name in 2018.

The home, at the rear of the block, has three bedrooms and three bathrooms across its 255 sqm living space.

The open plan living area is located on the top level, featuring sliding glass doors to an ocean view balcony.

A glass lift runs from the living space to the guest retreat on the bottom level which opens to the rear garden complete with a deck and swimming pool, as well as a private path that leads directly to the beach.

Two more bedrooms sit on the middle level, one a master suite with its own bathroom.

Tom Offermann Real Estate Noosa agent Roark Walsh has the listing.

Three years ago Simmons tried to sell the prime waterfront site of Sails, on the pricey beachfront Hastings Street, with expectations it could fetch $11 million.
