News Limited list secondary Brisbane property with $10 million plus expectations

News Limited  is to sell the headquarters of its publication Brisbane News.

The managing director of News Queensland, Jason Scott, sent an email to staff on the group's decision to sell 39 Mayne Street, Bowen Hills.

Ray White special projects agents Mark Creevey and Tony Williams inconjucntion with John Dwyer of Ray White Commercial have been instructed to sell the property.

There are reported $10 million plus expectations.

At one stage News considered listing its main Bowen Hills headquarters which has since been refurbished.
