Off the plan apartment buyers in Habitat Development Group's latest Sunshine Coast development, The Corso in Maroochydore, are set to move in the coming months.

The developer's inhouse building arm is fast approaching completion of the $94 million apartment development, located in the burgeoning Maroochydore town centre and the coastline.

The Corso will comprise 158 two and three-bedroom apartments across two towers. The south tower will home 116 of the apartments across 15 levels, while the nine-level north tower will have a further 42.

The apartments range in size from a generous 102 sqm up to the large 204 sqm penthouses. Prices start from $849,900 for a two-bedroom unit with one parking space.

The two-tower development is anchored on the ground floor by a resort-style pool, with cabanas, day beds, and an adjoining lawn area.

On the fourth level is a private terrace that spans both towers that homes an exclusive dining room and panoramic views to the 20-metre pool below.

At street level, there will be seven commercial and retail spaces, intended for future retail and café options.

The K Architecture-designed building will rise above the adjacent purpose-built waterway and landscaped parklands of the newly proposed Convention Centre.

The location offers residents access to various amenities, including parklands, rivers, and beaches. Maroochydore's coastline is just four minutes away, with additional nature opportunities at Maroochydore Rotary Park and Cotton Tree Pier.

Only two and three-bedroom apartments and penthouse units remain available, following significant market interest and sales across all product types since the project's launch.
