Sydney-based private real estate developer Trezetto Developments has already secured 60 per cent of sales at its boutique, luxury Kangaroo Point apartment development, Sorano House.

Sorano House comprises just seven full-floor apartments with never-built views of the Brisbane City skyline, the Story Bridge, and the Brisbane River.

Designed by Ferro Chow Architecture, Sorano House drew inspiration from the natural surroundings of Kangaroo Point and the Brisbane River.

Each full-floor apartment spans 350 sqm and offers a a 35-metre frontage that captures uninterrupted 180-degree views of the city skyline and river below.

With direct lift access, the private lift lobby sets the tone with a Roman travertine-clad entry statement leading into the living area, featuring wide plank oak flooring, marble-topped joinery, and a custom fireplace.

The kitchens, the heart of every home, feature rich timber cabinetry, 100mm marble benchtops, a concealed butler’s pantry, a grand 5.5-metre island bench and Wolf, Sub Zero, and V-Zug appliances.

Wool loop pile carpets grace the flooring of the master bedroom which comprises a his and hers dressing rooms finished in fluted glass and timber cabinetry, and a custom corner fireplace. The master also incorporates the uninterrupted river and city views.

Residents at Sorano House will enjoy various amenities such as a resident’s gym, Himalayan salt sauna, swimming pool, and a private dining room with an accompanying wine store.

Strategically located at 8-12 Hamilton Street in a quiet riverside cul-de-sac, Sorano House provides easy access to Brisbane CBD via the new Kangaroo Point Green Bridge.

Currently under construction with Rocking Horse Constructions, Sorano House is scheduled for completion in the first quarter of 2025.

The apartments have been snapped up by downsizers from Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast.

YPM Group Projects Director Phillip Rand says the successful start to the campaign has been underpinned by the decision to start construction before launching to market.

"Buyers at this end of the market want to have full confidence in the delivery of the project before they commit, and the biggest confidence driver in the current climate is construction certainty," Rand says.

"Our Sorano House buyers have been drawn to both the rarity and exceedingly high quality of the project as well as the development around it. The Kangaroo Point Green bridge is less than 100m away, connecting you with Brisbane's City and the new Waterfront Brisbane by foot, plus just 500m from the site Queen's Wharf will bring 50 new restaurants and cafes within walking distance."
