The ground-level beachfront garden apartment in Allure, Surfers Paradise has been listed for sale
It is a full floor, 555sq m apartment with four-bedrooms and three-bathrooms.
Russell Rollington of Surfers Paradise First National has the listing of one of only 13 in the Allure complex at 1 Northcliffe Terrace/1 Enderley Avenue.

The $50 million complex was designed by TVS Architects for Raymar Corporation headed by David Cherry which had amalgamated the site for $6.87 million in 2005.
Four apartments had sold a year before its completion for a combined total of $19 million.
TVS Architects had worked on prior Raymar-associated developments including Emerald Sands at Surfers Paradise, Sandcastles at Labrador and Trilogy at Budds Beach.
The expressions of interest closes July 8 for the garden apartment.
