A four bedroom house at Esk in South East Queensland has been sold for $210,000 by mortgagees. 

It was listed by Jocelyn Frost from LJ Hooker Esk.

The house was first listed in October last year.

It last sold at $234,000 in 2005. Just two years earlier it sold at $120,000 in 2003.

Set on over five acres of land, the house at 42 Aspen Drive comes with four bedrooms, open plan living/kitchen/dining, upstairs verandah and double garage.

Additional features include wood burner, 5000 gallon water tank and rumpus area. 

The primary and high school bus are close by.

The suburb's median house price sits at $295,000, according to CoreLogic.
