Brisbane developer builder, SAVVE Developments & Construction, have ticked off a major milestone at their new Indooroopilly apartment project, The Audrey.

The Audrey, currently under construction on the tree-lined Clarence Road, has been met with keen buyer interest, with over 55 per cent of the 30 apartments already accounted for.

SAVVE Director, Sandro Alberti, told us their research showed that most buyers would be locals, within an eight kilometre radius, which has, so far, been the case.

"Being the builder and developer meant we were able to fully customise, not only the fit out of each apartment but also able to amalgamate two floor plans together to purposely design larger apartments, satisfying our client's desired outcomes," Alberti said.

Designed with owner-occupiers in mind, the development offers a range of amenities that cater to both social and recreational pleasures, with the crowning rooftop terrace a highlight of the project. The space features a swimming pool, along with a number of sun lounges and cabanas, in addition to separate dining areas and barbecue facilities and a fire pit.

There's just 30 apartments set to be constructed within The Audrey, following a number of buyers amalgamating apartments. There's a strong mix of two, three and four-bedroom floorplans on offer in the Prospect Architecture-designed building.

"Of those buyers that decided to opt for larger residences, we have worked together with our architects and them to design magnificent four or five-bedroom apartments that cater for their customised interior preferences," Alberti added.

"With the addition of these unique larger residences within our boutique complex, we've reduced the number of apartments from 35 to now just 30".

The generously sized residences feature herringbone timber floors, which lead out to balconies that have been designed to encompass far reaching views of the surrounding area.

Each apartments is equipped with a laundry, along with an ensuite, media room, butler's pantry and expansive storage.

The ground floor of the building will feature an elegant foyer lobby, setting a welcoming tone for residents and guests alike, along with a residents' library and a dedicated dog grooming and spa area.

Commercial tenancies will also take up shop across the ground floor of the site, with the two-storey addition set to include space for offices and food and beverage retailers.

The location of The Audrey puts residents in prime position to take in the best the riverside suburb has to offer, situated just moments away from an array of cafes, restaurants, world-class shopping, and golf courses. Residents will be within proximity to the Brisbane River's new boardwalk and Indooroopilly Shopping Centre, while also being nearby to the train station, which provides easy connection to the CBD which is located just seven kilometres away.
