Brisbane developer AUSDEV is nearing the completion of their Nundah apartment development Eight on Eton, which only has a handful of apartments left for sale.

Eight on Eton is down to its final few apartments, just two-bedroom units remaining which at $619,000 fall under the Queensland Government's expanded First Home Owner Grant which gives first home buyers a $30,000 grant for purchases under $750,000.

AUSDEV has also dished up an incentive for investors. They've guaranteed a five per cent rental return for the first year.

All one and three-bedroom apartments have been snapped up by eager buyers who will be moving into the seven-level Eton Street building in mid-2024.

The interiors are designed to suit the modern lifestyle, featuring light-filled spaces, expansive outlooks and open-plan living.

Eight on Eton, situated amid Brisbane's affluent suburbs such as Clayfield and Ascot, is a seven-floor tower housing a total of 49 apartments.

Located in one of Brisbane's most well-connected suburbs, Eight on Eton offers easy access to public transportation, including trains and buses, as well as proximity to the M7 Tunnel and the nearby airport.

Its location, just eight kilometres from the Brisbane CBD, makes it an attractive choice for commuters and urban dwellers.
