Sales are set to launch for the latest residential tower under construction on the Main Beach sand, La Mer at 3580 Main Beach Parade.

The 34-level project, to be delivered by Polites Property Group and QNY Group, will home 29 full floor apartments, each with views of Main Beach.

The name La Mer derives from the French translation meaning 'the sea', and will only be made up of three and four bedroom apartments.

The three bedroom apartments, priced from $2.35 million, span 305 sqm and come with three bathrooms and two parking spaces.

The tower has been designed by the local architecture firm Archidiom, who are behind Sea at Palm Beach and Aniko’s Hope Island development.

La Mer will also feature an entire level dedicated to resort-style amenities including a 13-metre lap pool and barbecue facilities, will have direct access to Main Beach from its 750 sqm site.

The joint venture between is between childhood friends Anthony Quinn of QNY Group and Alex Polites of Polites Property Group.

Quinn says La Mer will provide a sophisticated offering for Main Beach at a competitive price point.

“La Mer has been crafted to positively contribute to the current gentrification of Main Beach, offering spacious, contemporary apartments in a coveted location just metres from the beach and all that the. suburb and its central Gold Coast location has to offer,” says Quinn.

“Averaging $10,500 per sqm, La Mer provides exceptional value for money given the current prices of older-style second-hand apartments within the suburb.

“Why wouldn’t you wait for La Mer to be built and enjoy all the benefits of moving into a sophisticated yet effortless apartment where the best of acclaimed beachside living with a sea breeze is yours to be enjoyed.”

Polites has a solid standing in the area having headed up Polites Property Group since 2015.

Polites says La Mer’s air of affordable luxury will ensure the development becomes a. jewel in the suburb’s high-end property crown.

“Beautifully appointed, La Mer is sure to please the most discerning of buyers with a well-considered floor plan that capitalises on the building’s prime north-easterly aspect with large livable spaces that makes the most of natural light and breezy cross ventilation,” says Mr Polites.

“Buyers will have the opportunity to experience La Mer for themselves at the kitted out onsite sales suite where they can experience the high-end finishes and also engage with an interactive 3D tour which allows the buyers to do a virtual walk-through of the apartments before they have been built.”

NPA Projects are marketing La Mer, with a freshly launched state-of-the-art interactive sales suite.
