Here are the five suburbs that made his list.
- Indooroopilly
This area offers a great mix of property types including new apartments and prestige homes.
The new $450 million refurbishment of Indooroopilly Shopping Centre has created a major suburban retail mecca & a real alternative to the CBD for major shopping excursions. - Carindale
Just 10 kilometres from the Brisbane CBD benefiting as people widen their search from the inner ring. It offers bigger blocks & homes for fractionally less & good local shops including a Westfield. - Hendra
A popular suburb with easy access to the airport. A value alternative to the renowned blue-chip areas of Hamilton and Ascot. - Newtown
Less than 2 kilometres west of the Toowoomba CBD, Newtown is an affordable hot spot undergoing change as more young couples and families move in and renovate. - Helensvale
Located a 15 minute drive from Southport, Helensvale is a sleeping giant. This large suburb offers a range of properties with good buying available.
There are good schools and easy access to highways leading to Brisbane, Southport and Surfers Paradise.
