Gold Coast-based developer Ignite Projects’ breathtaking residences at the Monaco offer luxury living in Main Beach.

Situated at 2-4 MacArthur Parade, the 24-storey north-facing tower offers 24 half and full-floor residences, adjacent to the Southport Marina.

Designed by Rothelowman, the new tower will feature the Southern Hemisphere’s first car elevator to apartments, as well as a sky garage and custom-designed kitchen for each buyer.

“The Monaco offers a boutique beachside residential opportunity for discerning buyers looking to upgrade their lifestyle”, Rothelowman’s Jeff Brown said.

Generously oversized, the apartments offer up to 600 sqm of living space and feature Italian natural silver travertine floor tiles, a well-equipped butler’s pantry and a lavish cocktail bar.

The residences capture breathtaking, unimpeded views of the Queensland coast from the desirable Main Beach location that the site occupies.

As well as living within walking distance from iconic beaches, recreation, entertainment and dining, the project also boasts numerous lifestyle amenities that deliver the best of ultra-luxurious Gold Coast living.

The Monaco features a barbeque and dining area, resort-style seating and a 24-metre heated pool with coastal-themed daybeds, rainforest foliage and pool deck.

Adjacent is the residence’s Wellness Studio, with innovative exercise equipment including Pilates reformer beds and an inverted yoga bench.

One whole floor of the Monaco has been dedicated to private storage space.

Ingite Projects will deliver six half-floor sky villas, 17 full-floor sky villas and one double-storey penthouse upon completion of the project, with 380 sqm residences beginning from $4,350,000.

The project is expected to reach completion in late 2022.
