July brings exciting progress to Emerson Kirra by Melbourne developer Hirsch & Faigen

Construction by Hutchinsons Builders is well advanced, with facade works kicking off on the sold-out Musgrave Street project of just 27 luxury apartments.

The facade phase will shape the building's appearance, seamlessly integrating it into the Kirra Beach skyline.

Among the updates for this month at Emerson, the plumbing stack work has already begun on level four, while the wet fire trades have also initiated work on the same level.

Weather permitting, the pouring of Level 10 is anticipated to occur in the near future, advancing the development closer to its completion, slated for later this year.

Emerson is Hirsch & Faigenecond project on the Gold Coast, after the recently completed Hemingway at Palm Beach. Their third, Yves Mermaid Beach, is also currently under construction through Hutchies.

Emerson was designed by Rothelowman, who have designed all three of H&F's Gold Coast projects. It comprises a collection of just three and four-bedroom apartments, a dedicated residents' lounge, a well-appointed recreation deck, and a resort-style pool.

Situated park side at 100 Musgrave Street, Coolangatta, Emerson enjoys a prime location overlooking the lush canopy of Norfolk Pines and Kirra Beach. Its unmatched views extend to the horizon, capturing glimpses of the distant Gold Coast skyline.
