Family developer Andrews Projects has doubled down on facilities at its under construction Robina apartment development, Cascade.

The 1.17-hectare project at 116 Laver Drive, in the heart of Robina, comprises two 15-level buildings with 229 two and three-bedroom apartments.

The heart of Cascade lies within its vast, tranquil grounds, providing residents with a 5-star wellness experience.

The 25-metre pool takes centre stage, surrounded by sun lounges and poolside cabanas, strategically placed for relaxation and rejuvenation.

Flanking the central swimming pool, set between the two buildings like a resort-style hotel, is a fitness centre, complete with sauna and steam rooms.

Sarah Andrews, Sales Manager at Andrews Projects, emphasised the unique offering Cascade brings to the Gold Coast. "Buyers are interested in large two and three bedroom apartments with world-class amenities and proximity to major infrastructure," Andrews said.

"With its prime location just minutes to Robina Town Centre, local schools and public transport, the development presents an outstanding opportunity for local owner occupiers and investors to be a part of this exciting new development."

Cascade is located just metres from Robina Town Centre, Bond University, CBus Super Stadium, Robina Hospital, and 'Greenheart,' a council initiative dedicated to revitalising 17 hectares of parkland along Stadium Drive.

Apartments feature a large open planned kitchen, living, and dining areas, full-height double-glazed windows, Miele appliances, Caesarstone bench tops and fully ducted air-conditioning throughout.

Late last year Andrews Projects announced they were bringing construction in house to deliver Cascade.

A Construct will built the $270 million development, which is expected to be completed in 2025.
