Four years ago apartment developer Sarazin's Silk One development on Woolloongabba’s Stanley Street caught the attention of those looking for an opportunity to buy an apartment in Woolloongabba, which at the time was just an attractive place to live because of it's proximity to the city and vibrant shopping and retail options.

Fast forward a few years and Woolloongabba will now be the epicentre of the 2032 Summer Olympics.

The announcement of the biggest sporting event in the world coming to the capital has lit a spark not only under the Queensland Government, who have committed to billions of dollars worth of infrastructure investment to the area, as well as residential developers who are looking to make their mark in the precinct which will have over three billion eyes on it in less than a decade.

Sarazin have another opportunity for prospective buyers to buy in the Olympic ring, albeit one street outside of Woolloongabba in East Brisbane.

They've just launched Murcia Residences, just around the corner from Silk One on Overend Street, with an equally impressive rooftop amenity that rivals their previous project.

The development is inspired by the Spanish city of Murcia, with Sarazin's aim to create "La Vida Bella", Spanish for "The Beautiful Life."

Murcia Residences will be topped with an expansive and landscaped amenity space, taking in sweeping panoramic views across the city skyline. The focal point will be the infinity swimming pool, complemented with shaded cabanas and sun lounges.

Just steps away from the pool will lie the unique wellness centre, where residents can benefit from chilled and heated magnesium plunge pools, a steam room and a sauna.

Residential amenity will also be featured across the ground level, with new cafes offering a convenient pit stop for residents.

The second level of Murcia will feature a fully equipped gym, while there'll also be a dedicated bike repair workshop.

Murcia Residences will deliver a collection of one, two, three and four-bedroom apartments, all designed to offer spacious and open plan living.

The generous proportions of the living spaces seamlessly blend indoor and outdoor living, allowing residents to bask in the Queensland climate while enjoying views of the city, the river, and the verdant eastern suburbs.
