U: If a buyer was deciding between 31 Broadbeach Residences and a similar residential development in the area, what do you think makes 31 Broadbeach Residences unique and the favourable option?
AW: Most other apartments on offer are uncompleted, one of many, of lessor design and quality, do not have such great beach access and unimpeded views. There will also not be many completed apartment projects available on the market due to COVID.
U: In your opinion, what are some of the best amenities on-site or nearby?
