With the Brisbane property market in its strongest position in five years to generate price growth, first home buyers are increasingly interested in purchasing an inner-city apartment.

Brisbane’s affordability, when compared to other cities such as Sydney or Melbourne, is helping boost demand.

Here are some of the most affordable prices for inner-city Brisbane apartments, whether you’re a first home buyer or a smart investor.

1. Silk One, Wolloongabba
