A Curra, Queenland mortgagee home on 5 acres has sold for $330,000.

The sale marks the second consecutive loss on the property since it sold for $380,000 in 2010.

It last sold for $375,000 in 2014.

Peter Olsson of the Professionals marketed the property.

SItuated at 189 Cliff Jones Road, the house on the property is a three bedroom, two bathroom affair.

Built in 1987, it is located 15 minutes north of Gympie.

The home sold at auction following an unsuccessful 2017 campaign when the vendors sought $450,000 for the property.

The median price for a home in Curra is $327,500 according to CoreLogic.
