The Cronulla-based developer, Knox Developments, is the latest interstate developer to jump in to the hot Gold Coast market.

They're set to create their first two apartment projects in Bilinga, just north of Coolangatta.

The group, led by led by Directors Rhys Broom, Josh Crealy, and Daniel Morok, will deliver 20 apartments and six-townhouses that take full advantage of the sites location, with views of North Kirra Beach and the parks the area has to offer.

The development will also sit just a five-minutes drive to Coolangatta Airport, making it ideal for holiday owners.

“Having acquired two sites in Bilinga, it's really exciting for the Knox Developments team. It’s a first for us in Queensland and the location of both sites are truly breathtaking and so perfectly situated," Moroko said.

"We are really proud to be working with EMK Architects and have designed two prestige developments that we can’t wait to bring to life."

The offering will feature a mix of one, two and three-bedroom apartments, three-bedroom townhouses with dual living areas, and two-whole floor penthouse apartments. Each coastal space will be designed to maximise natural light and take full advantage of the coastal aspect and Gold Coast lifestyle.

Knox is diversifying its portfolio from Sydney, where they have primarily been developing luxury apartments in Cronulla, south of Sydney in the Sutherland Shire. They're also set to create a co-living project in Rockdale, and are taking on a refurbishment of a motel in Mollymook on the NSW South Coast.

“Our portfolio features a range of premium developments in Sydney, which embody the coastal lifestyle, so the expansion to Bilinga is a natural evolution for us," Moroko added.

Knox Developments have taken advantage of the short supply of prestige apartments in the tightly held Gold Coast suburb and will be looking to expand their portfolio up in Queensland.
