Cooroy sees first industrial property sale in four years

A local investor has picked up a freehold commercial property at Cooroy on the Sunshine Coast for $802,890.

The 3 Johnson Court property sits on an area of 4866 square metres and sold on a yield of about 6.25%.

Selling agent John Petralia of Ray White Commercial Noosa said the property had multiple tenants and generated income of about $50,000 per annum.

“This is the first industrial property sold in the Cooroy area since 2009,” he said.
