Civil construction recently got underway at The Annix South in Queensland's Mango Hill. The development reached ground level in August.

The Roycorp townhouse development is on target for completion in early 2022.

Comprising a The Annix South and The Annix North, prices start from as low as $429,900.

Mango Hill is a suburb in the Moreton Bay Region 30 kilometres from the Brisbane CBD, accessible via the nearby Mango Hill Railway Station, bus route or automobile.
