Boutique property developers PYCO Group has named Brick Constructions as their builder for their latest residential development in Albion, which is due to commence soon.

The group are no strangers to Brisbane's inner city, having completed the Bailey apartments in the burgeoning West End.

Nouveau will deliver 42 apartments to the up and coming riverside suburb, which has been on the radar for many buyers due to the area's growing nightlife scene which is centred on a stretch of former warehouses featuring craft breweries and pubs with a trendy, laid-back atmosphere.

Positioned atop a supreme hill, Nouveau takes advantage of its elevated location to offer views of the Brisbane city skyline and neighbouring suburbs.

They engaged DAH Architecture to design the apartment building which reflects Albion's rich heritage, integrating a façade composed of brickwork, concrete, and natural greenery into the local streetscape.

DAH's design philosophy looked to optimise natural daylight, air and ventilation, as well as shade, living greenery, outdoor space, orientation, identity, and sustainability.

The use of luxury oak timber flooring, stone benchtops, and splashbacks adds a touch of elegance to each residence, while sheer curtains and blinds are included in all homes, providing privacy and enhancing the overall aesthetic.

Select residences feature courtyards, lawns, and balconies, while others boast private rooftop terraces and double-height balconies.

Buyers also have upgrade options, including turning the rumpus room into a fourth bedroom, in a bid to attract a diverse buyer group.

Two secure basement provides car spaces for all the residences, while select residences also offer secure basement storage.

Only a limited supply of three and four-bedroom apartments remain on offer at Nouveau, with prices from $1.395 million.
