Construction is underway on the latest Palm Beach development, Evoke on Jefferson, nestled in a prime position along Jefferson Lane and the Gold Coast Highway.

Evoke on Jefferson will offer the idyllic coastal lifestyle, boasting unparalleled ocean and hinterland views, with a collection of just 16 half-floor three-bedroom apartments.

BDA Architecture designed Evoke to be cleverly orientated toward the ocean, with the open plan living spaces not only benefitting from an abundance of natural light and fresh breezes, but from panoramic vistas as well.

The residences take on a natural colour palette that compliments the Palm Beach locale, with timber flooring extending throughout the living areas, while soft whites and greys adorn the kitchen, which is complete with a large fluted island bench.

The master bedrooms feature walk-in robes and ensuites, which are complete with freestanding baths and double basins. The homes also feature a second bathroom, along with a powder room and a hidden laundry.

Each apartment adjoins to spacious entertainer's balconies, creating a seamless indoor and outdoor flow.

Residential amenity hasn't been forgotten at Evoke, with residents set to discover a verdant oasis where a large pool awaits beneath a canopy of greenery. In addition to the poolside retreat, there's also an exclusive residents barbecue area.

Situated in the heart of Palm Beach, Evoke on Jefferson offers unrivalled convenience.

Positioned between the vibrant Palm Beach village centre and the popular Burleigh Heads, residents will have easy access to an array of dining, shopping, and entertainment options.

DP Project Marketing are handling the sales of Evoke, with prices starting from $1.8 million.
