Hutchinson Builders are currently construction Esprit, which is slated for completion by mid-2024.
There will be 94 apartments delivered across the dual frontage site at 217-227 Boundary Street, with a mix of two and three-bedroom apartments.
Cottee Parker has designed the apartments, with prices starting from just under $900,000 for a two-bed, two-bathroom and one car space apartment. The three-bedders come with two car spaces at Esprit. They range from $1,915,000 to $2,555,000.
