Cavcorp's Le Bain building in Newstead offers one of the most impressive rooftop pools across the capital.

Crowning the 17th floor of the building is a resort-style pool, something that has become somewhat of a signature in Cavcorp's developments. The roof has panoramic views of the Brisbane skyline, the iconic Story Bridge, and the meandering Brisbane River.

The space features a heated infinity pool that adds a touch of opulence to leisurely swims, while Martin Audio outdoor speakers provide a premium audio experience. Imported directly from Spain, Gandia Blasco sunbeds add a touch of sophistication to the pool area.

Bookending the swimming pool are two temperature-controlled, magnesium wellness spas, reminiscent of Les Bains Paris.

Also on the roof is a traditional Finnish timber sauna, a state of the art technogym, with over $210,000 worth of Olympic-grade equipment.

There's a private dining room with fully equipped chief's kitchen, bookable for residents, as well as an alfresco kitchen with two charcoal grills and café seating, and a multipurpose lawn for sprints, lunges, bocce, and yoga.

The apartments at Le Bain offer a harmonious blend of elegant design and luxurious amenities, creating the epitome of a sophisticated lifestyle. With a focus on both aesthetic appeal and practicality, the residences provide residents with an exceptional living experience on the outskirts of the CBD

Le Bain's exterior facade, with its sculpted and fluid design, adds a sense of movement and intrigue. As one approaches from either the bustling James Street fashion mecca or the tranquil Brisbane Riverwalk, the swirling facade creates a captivating visual experience.

With 2.7 metre high ceilings and light-filled open plan living spaces, the apartments at Le Bain exude a sense of airiness and spaciousness. The carefully curated interiors make clever use of natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere throughout the living areas.

The spacious kitchens feature stone benchtops, European stainless steel appliances, designer tapware, and full-height pantries.

Le Bain was completed in 2021.
