Noosaville is set to welcome one of its most architecturally-striking developments with the recent launch of JURA, a boutique collection of apartments and townhouses.

The 38 residences have been designed by Blackwood Architecture so residents can take in as much of the famous South East Queensland climate, with open plan living spaces that connect to either spacious balconies or large terrace courtyards.

The floor-to-ceiling glass sliding doors in each residence allow residents to embrace the Noosa atmosphere year-round, flooding the interiors with natural coastal light.

Emphasising the importance of the kitchen as the home's focal point, each residence is equipped with quality European appliances, ample storage, breakfast bars, and a separate dining area—all complemented by a light coastal colour palette.

Beyond the welcoming kitchens and stress-free ambience, each new residence features spacious queen bedrooms with built-in robes, while the master includes a private ensuite.

A dedicated laundry room, additional drying courts, and a reliable, lockable storage room in select residences make home organisation more manageable for the residents.

JURA also provides other practical amenities, such as exclusive residence carports, a lock-up garage for townhomes, and ample visitor parking, while also having low body corporate fees compared to similar properties in the Noosa region.

The townhouses are located ideally just off Eumundi Road opposite the Noosa Leisure Centre and Noosa Library, while also offering future JURA residents easy access to the Noosa River and just six kilometres from Hastings Street.
