Bernard Tomic’s Southport, Gold Coast bachelor pad and adjoining family home listed

The Tomic tennis family have listed their Southport, Gold Coast abodes.

Bernard Tomic's Gold Coast bachelor pad is on the market for $700,000, listed alongside the adjoining family home at $800,000. The entire Tomic family compound is set on a 405-square-metre block.

They are both three-bedroom townhouses, the most recent costing $500,000 in 2009. It’s available for lease at $600 a week, although it was initially listed at $750 a week earlier this year.

The rear townhouse cost $340,000 in 2004. Both are listed through LJ Hooker Southport.

Tomic's father, John, owns both townhouses.
