Beaudesert mortgagee home has sold for $260,000.

The latest marketing campaign ran for over 500 days, off the back of an unsuccessful 180 day campaign in 2015 when the property wasn't marketed as a mortgagee.

Rob and Maree Richardson of Beaudesert Properties managed the latest campaign.

Situated at 32 Tina Street, the abode comprises a three bedroom, two bathroom house.

Set on 890 square metres, the home was listed for $379,000 in March 2018.

The asking price was reduced eight times over the duration of the campaign down to $280,000.

According to the listing it has rental potential of $330 to $340 per week.

The home last sold for $340,000 in 2012.

The median sale price for an apartment in Beaudesert is $349,000 according to the latest CoreLogic data.
