One-bedroom apartments in Brisbane's hot new and off the plan property market are few and far between.

Auspace Developments Group however has carved out a pocket in Gaythorne, less than 10km north of Brisbane, where they're offering one-bedroom apartments in their new development from just $600,000.

Astra Apartments will comprise just 12 one and two-bedroom residences in the heart of the small northern suburb between Alderley and Everton Park.

The apartments reflect careful planning, with sizes ranging up to 158 sqm, including expansive courtyards and patios, providing generous living spaces uncommon in many new developments.

The interiors are designed with practicality and longevity in mind. Kitchens feature Italian-made Ariston appliances, including induction cooktops and integrated dishwashers, alongside soft-close storage solutions.

Astra is strategically located less than 100m from Gaythorne Station, which is just 24 minutes to the CBD.

Residents of Astra will benefit from the proximity to the station's surrounding amenity, from coffee at the nearby Hobby Lane to dining at Little Thai Restaurant.
