The penthouse offering atop Main Beach’s luxury ARI residential tower was unveiled this week.

The two-level design boasts a private rooftop terrace with a pool, spa and barbecue facilities, for the exclusive use of the penthouse owner, along with space to lounge in the open air.

Set on levels 18 and 19, the penthouse and rooftop expose 360-degree views spanning the Pacific Ocean, the city skyline, the Broadwater, and the Gold Coast hinterland.

The Melbourne-based Stamoulis Property Group is developing the project, which has been designed by Bayden Goddard's BGD Architects.

Kollosche's Michael Kollosche, who is selling ARI with Harry Kakavas, said there are few comparable penthouses on the Gold Coast market.

“We’re expecting strong interest from buyers who want the best of location, lifestyle and luxury in one package,” Kollosche says.

“To acquire a penthouse in a luxury boutique residential building, with its own private rooftop, on a triple block with 30-metre beach frontage truly is a rare opportunity.”

Priced at $19.75 million, the sprawling penthouse suite spans 759 sqm in total, 436 sqm of internal living space and a further 296 sqm of outdoor living.

There are three living areas and a dining area, a gourmet kitchen plus a scullery, a temperature-controlled wine cellar, a separate study, a powder room, and five car spaces.

The penthouse has soaring 4.5-metre ceilings and full-height glass windows which curve around the open plan main living and dining area, taking full advantage of views to South Stradbroke Island and south to Coolangatta.

The residents-only tower comprises 26 half-floor residences and three full-floor sky homes. Half-floor apartments with three bedrooms start from 288 sqm and range in size to 325 sqm, while full-floor apartments with four bedrooms range in size from 567 sqm to 618 sqm.

Kollosche said that current demand had seen a number of half-floor residences amalgamated.

ARI residents will enjoy exclusive access to resort-class amenities including a heated 25-metre lap pool, a gym, steam room, sauna, cold plunge pool, residents lounge and business centre.

More than half of the available apartments in ARI have sold since the project launched in May.

Kollosche said buyers have responded to the absolute beachfront location, the architectural design, the high standard of finish, and uninterrupted ocean view lines.

“Brand new apartments on the absolute beachfront are few in Main Beach and redevelopment options are even fewer,” Kollosche says.

“The Main Beach lifestyle is a major drawcard for owner-occupiers with the beach and the Tedder Avenue village centre all on the doorstep.

“Nearby Marina Mirage and The Spit precinct are earmarked for major redevelopment in coming years which only adds to the value of any investment in Main Beach.”

ARI apartments are priced from $5.9 million.
