National builder developer Arden Group is creating something a little different in East Brisbane with its latest apartment project, Eighteen Park.

The project, in both its density and design, is more commonly seen around the bend in Kangaroo Point. But because it's not, Arden have been able to offer the premium apartments at a fraction of the price of what they would be facing the city.

Starting from $1.78 million, Eighteen Park comprises just 27 three-bedroom apartments, adjacent to the protected Mowbray Park at 18 Park Avenue.

Designed by the renowned architecture firm Altis, the 12-storey residential tower boasts a curvilinear façade, following the gentle bend of the river's edge, softened with vertical green spaces that ascend towards the sky.

Upon entering the building, residents are greeted by a theatrical lobby with soaring four-metre-high ceilings. The warmth of materials inspired by the adjacent park creates an inviting atmosphere.

The apartments are designed with open living and dining areas that lead out to balconies overlooking views of Mowbray Park and rare north-east panoramas of the Brisbane River that will remain unobstructed.

The elevated 2.7-metre ceilings throughout the home maximise natural light and breezes, creating a bright and airy ambience. 

The kitchens are well-appointed with a suite of Miele appliances and feature stone benchtops, and a butler's pantry.

Residents of Eighteen Park will have access to a rooftop oasis with an open-air infinity-edge pool as the centrepiece. The rooftop will also have a covered entertainment area with BBQ facilities, seating pods, as well as a wellness centre with a sauna and yoga deck. A gym, with state-of-the-art Technogym machines, is located on the ground level.

Eighteen Park is located within steps of the Mowbray Park CityCat and provides convenient access via the river to all of Brisbane's best dining and shopping destinations. 

Construction is underway with Groupline Constructions, with completion forecast for 2025.

The project is one of only two currently on the market in East Brisbane. The other is Sarazin's Murcia Residences, which has been popular across all market segments.
