Last sold for $311,000 in 2008 the property has seen an $88,500 price reduction on its previous sale price.

Situated at 10 Amelia Drive, North MacKay the house is a three bedroom one bathroom affair.

Set on 673 square metres the property was owned by the Queensland Government until they sold it for $102,600 in 1997.

It is located within walking distance of Fitzgerald Primary school as well as the Mount Pleasant shopping centre.

Featuring an open plan dining/lounge arrangement the home has polished timber floors throughout.

The home also has a verandah.

The median price for a home in North MacKay is $280,000, according to CoreLogic.

They calculate the annual change in median price in the suburb as as going backwards by -1.3% annually over the past decade.
