Gold Coast developer Immerse Projects has seen a surge in sales at their Ombré apartment development in Robina, hitting the $40 million mark within just four weeks of launching.

Ombré, comprising 95 apartments designed by BDA Architecture, offers a diverse range of floor plans. Some of the one-bedroom apartments have two living areas, as do some of the two-bedrooms. They've been popular given there's nothing like that on the market in the whole of the Gold Coast.

The apartments at Ombré will be characterised by "open-plan spaces, functional design and natural textures and colours that evoke a sense of comfort and harmony."

Residents will enjoy green community spaces and a resort-style pool with a pool house featuring BBQ, alfresco dining, pizza oven and cabanas, as well as residents-only private bar and dining room, lounge, games area and work-from-home zones.

Ombré in Robina places its residents in the middle of shopping and the ease of everyday conveniences, just a stone's throw away from Robina Town Centre, all set against a backdrop of parks, golf courses, and proximity to Burleigh Beach.

The award-winning Greyburn Building Contractors have been appointed to deliver Ombre, slated for completion in December 2025.
