Renting can be an expensive business, depending on where you choose.

Looking at RP Data’s latest weekly median advertised rent for apartment suburbs across Queensland, we have compiled the top 10 most expensive places you can choose to rent in across Queensland, as well as their gross rental yields.

  1. Tennyson

    Weekly median advertised rent: $778
    Gross rental yield: 4.39%

    The most expensive rental in Tennyson is a $1,500 per week three-bedroom, four-bathroom apartment with four car spaces. It’s a 10th floor penthouse in the Lushington complex. At 227/205 King Arthur Terrace (pictured above), the property includes a private reading deck, balcony, butlers preparation area in the kitchen, walk-in pantry and a media room.
