A 27nd floor apartment in the 2017 Brisbane City complex Abian Residences has been sold for $3.1 million.
The sale by Ray White agent James McKinlay was the three bedroom, two bathroom at 3202/140 Alice Street.
It had previously sold off the plan in 2014 by Sunland at $2,705,000.
It came with floor to ceiling glass showcasing views across the Botanic Gardens and the Brisbane River and beyond to the Kangaroo Point Cliffs.
