The four bedroom, four bathroom apartment was at 1005/1 Douglas Street.

It is set up as three bedrooms, plus an office.

It was offered fully furnished through Real Specialists agent Wayne Bisgrove.

Con Nikiforides' Niecon Developments developed the project which was designed by Melbourne-based O1A, with the interior designs by Gold Coast architects DBI.

The $125 million 15-level tower comprised 69 apartments sitting above nine street-level strata-title retail tenancies.

More than 75 per cent of the units, priced from $845,000 to $2.95 million, had sold off the plan, by the time of its mid-2009 completion.

Recent off the plan projects have seen strong sales success including the Miles Residences Kirra Point which will be completed in 2023.

The glass-swathed tower is being developed by the family-run KTQ group.
