A fully leased retail convenience centre at Waterford West in south-east of Queensland has been listed for sale.
The centre has a net lettable area of 1,134 square metres and is located at 42 Bourke Street, adjacent to McDonalds and Aldi Supermarket.
Among the 11 tenants in the centre are Anytime Fitness, Waterford Village Medical Centre, Pizza Hut and QML.
The expressions of interest campaign close on 20 December through marketing agent Silvia Bevacqua of Ray White Commercial Springwood.
