Sunshine Coast hinterland commercial property to go under the hammer next month

A fully leased commercial building at Maleny in the heart of the Sunshine Coast hinterland is set to go under the auctioneer's hammer next month.

The recently refurbished property, at 4/45 Maple Street, is 189 square metres and has two established 94.5 square metre tenancies on one title. The tenants are Maleny Optical and the South Indian Continental Restaurant.

The property is being marketed by Peter Capps of Ray White Commercial Caloundra.

“Both the tenants are on long term leases, making this an opportunity to secure an investment property in a tightly held hinterland town,” said Mr Capps.

“This is an attractive proposition for a self-managed superannuation fund or an addition to an existing investment portfolio".

The auction is being held on 5 December.
