A little bit of TLC for Geebung, Brisbane with importer leasing industrial warehouse

Retail goods importer TLC Industries Pty Ltd has secured an industrial warehouse facility at Geebung in Brisbane’s north for three years.
Located at 3b/420 Bilsen Road, the facility sits on a 1,120 square metre industrial site and features a metal clad clearspan warehouse equipped with multiple container height roller doors for easy truck access.
The lease was struck at about $109,000 per annum net plus GST.
The deal was negotiated by Steve Black of Ray White Commercial Pine Rivers.
“The industrial area in Geebung and its surrounding suburbs is becoming quite a hot spot for investors and owner occupiers in Brisbane", noted Mr Black.
