Tabcorp Holdings lease Murarrie office and warehouse

Wagering firm Tabcorp Holdings has signed a long term lease for an office and warehouse property in Brisbane's Murarrie.

Under the terms of the deal, Tabcorp has agreed to take out an 8 + 5 + 5 year lease, at 4/45 Alexandra Place.

Industry sources estimate the net rental to be about $110,000 per annum.

Ray White Industrial Milton’s Alex Smith and Stephen Ferguson negotiated the lease.

Mr Smith said Tabcorp was relocating from premises at nearby Morningside and was seeking a larger warehouse complex for its keno maintenance operations.

The property has a total area of about 788 square metres and includes some 146 square metres of office space and a 642 square metres of warehouse.
