Strata warehouse unit sale in Eagle Farm, Brisbane

An owner-occupier has purchased a strata warehouse unit in Brisbane’s Eagle Farm for $255,000.
The tenanted property, at 16/300 Cullen Avenue, Eagle Farm, comprises 60 square metres of warehouse and 30 square metres of mezzanine storage and office space.
Selling agent Tim Langford of Ray White Industrial Milton said the strata unit was currently leased for about $13,500 per annum and zoned general industry.
“The current tenant is using the site to store furniture whilst building a house and will vacate the property when the lease expires in February next year," he said.
